You have more than one of the above? Forget this gun even exists. You picked Cowboy? Any revolver but the weakest one is better. You picked Hand Loader or just the recipe for 0.44 SWD ammo? The regular Magnum is better. You made a crit-based Courier? That Gun becomes comparable in terms of damage and is more flexible (AP ammo).
It's not the strongest, it doesn't have a lot of mods, it's not affected by any particular perk, it has only Hollow Point ammo and free spare parts are rare. 12.7mm Gun: ok, saying that it's useless it's an exageration but unless you didn't invest at all in Guns-related perks and mods is outclassed by others, more easily available guns. It was downgraded with one of the patches?
Wasn't this weapon supposed to be some kind of doomsday weapon? I remember interviews hyping it as such. Euclid C-Finder: nevermind that the damn thing works when it wants, it weights a ton (again!) despite being just a gun, can be used only once a day and only outdoor and is very, very weak. The laser pistol packs the same power and weights only 3. Recharger Rifle: it weights a ton and has only 7 shots. Not counting the obviously weak ones I'd go with:
